LGRhythms was Founded on March 1st, 2011, what began as a simple social media chat group has evolved into a globally recognized NGO with over 2,000 members worldwide. We are fully registered with the government of Nigeria, and we have associated ourselves with different state governments, through the instrumentality of our community geared and poverty eradication programs. Leadership and Structure
The leadership of LG Rhythms is structured to ensure effective governance and smooth operations. At the helm is the mayor, a non-executive position reserved for the founder. The President oversees all organizational affairs, supported by Vice Presidents responsible for Special Duties, Corporate Affairs & Publicity, and Membership & Welfare. The Secretary General handles the administrative functions, with assistance from the Assistant Secretary General.
The organization also includes the Governor General, who supervises all group Governors, and the Presidential Advisory Committee (PAC), which offers senior-level advice to the President. The Executive Committee (EXCO) is the highest authority, comprising all departmental heads. Other key roles include the Connect Director, who leads Connect Ambassadors, and the Convention Chairman, who organizes the Annual Convention. Each group within LG Rhythms is led by a Governor, ensuring adherence to the organization’s values and facilitating group activities.
Our Groups:
Executive Committee (EXCO): The central governing body, responsible for all major decisions.
Presidential Advisory Committee (PAC): Executive and Senior advisors who provide guidance to the President.
Governors: Leaders of individual groups within the organization, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to LG Rhythms’ values.
Connect Ambassadors: Heads of regional Connect groups, working to expand the organization’s reach.
Supervisors: Ensure that Governors manage their groups effectively.
